Undulating forest grazing with Grevillea running through the centre of the property. Redish type soils and sandy loams along the creek. Timbers are bloodwood and narrow leaf ironbark with gum along the creek and hollows. Small section of broken scrub on the northern boundary.

Grevillea Water Board supplies a 1.6 megalitre allocation for stock water to a 5,000* gallon tank on the Schabes Road boundary, water from this tank gravity feeds through 1½” poly pipeline to a 5,000* gallon tank at the yards and then onto another 5,000* gallon tank and trough further out towards McLaughlins Road.
