The property is flat along the front with rolling plateaus and hollows through the middle then rising to steeper frost-free country along the back. The former brigalow and softwood basalt scrub is developed to improved pastures of Biloela, Gayndah and American buffel with green panic on the higher country. Approximately 12 hectares of standing bottletree, figtree and brigalow scrub is along the back boundary, there is panic throughout this area. The front lower paddocks have been previously cultivated.
